ABOUT

THE ART OF STILLNESS AND SOUND

A soft, restorative space of stillness and sound where women are invited to slow down, reconnect with their bodies and womb wisdom, and return to inner harmony through gentle presence and sensory ritual at The Art of Stillness and Sound.

You are warmly invited to a deeply restorative women’s wellness gathering centred on presence, peace, and inner alignment. In a world that constantly asks us to do more, move faster, and be everywhere at once, this gathering is an intentional pause — an invitation to return to stillness, to your body, and to your inner rhythm.

I, Bianca Thandi, will be your guide for this experience, holding space and gently sharing practices to help you reconnect with yourself in a grounded and supportive way. Together, we will move through stillness, breath, and sound as a pathway back home to the body.

We are also honoured to include a feminine sensory experience featuring Kiko Vitals, designed to support women in connecting more deeply with their womb space through intentional sensory ritual and embodied awareness.

Expect a nurturing blend of:

  • Breathwork
  • Meditation
  • Restorative stillness
  • Healing sound immersion
  • Feminine nervous system healing
  • Reflection and quiet integration

This experience is for women seeking rest, renewal, and reconnection — no prior experience needed, just come as you are.

Let this be your space to exhale, soften, and return home to yourself.

You will also be receiving a mindfully curated wellness gift featuring products from Kiko Vitals, Eco Diva Natural and ALKMY Sparkling Tea.

What You'll Need To Bring:

  • Please bring a yoga mat or soft surface
  • Blanket
  • Pillow
  • Thick socks

This will allow you to be completely comfortable and cosy during our journey together. Think of it as a sacred sisterhood sleepover. A soft and nurturing space to rest, receive, heal and simply be held in the presence of other women.

Dress code: You are encouraged to follow a relaxed dress code where you feel your most grounded... featuring neutral colours such as black, grey, brown, and white, with soft and comfortable clothing recommended — especially around the belly area — to ensure a cosy and enjoyable experience throughout the gathering.

Please note that in accordance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act), content including photos and videos may be captured during the gathering for use on the platforms of Bianca Thandi and Kiko Vitals. If you do not wish to be included in any captured content, kindly let me know prior to or on the day of the event, and your preference will be fully respected.

A WhatsApp group will also be created closer to the date to share final details and connect attendees.
