07:30 – 08:30 | Arrival & Nourishing Breakfast

Guests are welcomed with a beautifully prepared breakfast served at Suzanne’s, offering a gentle and grounding start to the day.

Thereafter, move through to the Healing Earth Spa to settle into the experience ahead.

09:00 | Grounded Holistic Practice. 90-Minute : Immersive Session with Dr Shubhum Barthwal

This privileged morning session begins promptly at 09:00 — and you won’t want to miss a moment.

Hosted by the esteemed Shubhum Barthwal, this deeply restorative practice is designed to gently awaken the body, quieten the mind, and create a sense of inner stillness.

The immersive session weaves together guided meditation, conscious breathwork, intuitive yoga flow, mindful stretching, heart-centred visualisation, and the healing resonance of singing bowls — creating a beautifully grounding and restorative start to the day.

11:00 – 12:30 | Signature Treatments OR Thermal Spa Circuit. 90 Minutes Per Session

You will be divided into two groups, allowing for a personalised and spacious spa experience.

A deeply replenishing full-body ritual designed to restore hydration, encourage detoxification, and release tension.

GROUP B — Thermal Spa Circuit

Enjoy access to the spa’s restorative thermal facilities including:

Freshen up and join the group on The Stoep

13:00 | Wellness Luncheon is served

The group reunites on The Stoep for a beautifully curated wellness luncheon celebrating seasonal nourishment, conscious connection, and mindful indulgence.

14:30 – 16:00 | Afternoon Spa Rotation

You rotate to complete the second part of their spa journey.

• If you selected a Signature Treatment in the morning, you will enjoy the Thermal Spa Circuit in the afternoon, and if you began with the Thermal Spa Circuit will then receive their chosen Signature Treatment.

Thereafter you are invited to shower, refresh, and slowly ease into the final moments of the day.

16:30 | Farewell Journaling & Reflection

The Pause Lounge

The day concludes beside the softly lit fireplace in the sunken Pause Lounge — a final moment of reflection, warmth, and quiet integration before carrying the stillness home.
