Comedy Nights with Mark Banks

Mark Banks is a well and truly trusted pillar of the South African comedy world. Celebrating over three decades of performing the length and breadth of the country.

This year Banks has toured extensively and brings his latest comedy buffet to the WHIRLWIND THEATRE on July 3rd.

At a recent comedy showcase comedy line-up test-run Banks had the Delta Park audience convulsed at his comedy antics and unique performance.

In his latest offering Banks looks at (among 1001 things) the cost of living, the cost of dying, medical aids, household home invasion preparedness, current gossip, how to invade a politician's home, caring for your sofa, endangered animals that are not really endangered, airlines, estate agents, survival in the suburbs and money laundering for amateurs.

Banks also does what he calls "audience exploratory" where he interacts with audience members . . .there are huge prizes to be won. . .including a Russell Hobbs Halaal tumble-dryer .

A founder member of FRIENDS OF THE FLAMINGO (FOTF), a three life-time award winner for reckless comedy driving Banks is very excited at the prospect of this show being nominated for a Savannah Comedy MOST PROMISCUOUS NEWCOMER AWARD
