Internationally acclaimed cabaret artist Tonya Koenderman is in town with her renowned one-woman show, Born To Diva.

She promises a musical feast with serial thrillers and gorgeous, dazzling costumes. It takes some doing to emulate the likes of Tina Turner, Shirley Bassey, Liza Minnelli Miriam Makeba, Edith Piaf, Nina Simone, and Celine Dion amongst others, but Tonya does this with ease…plus her own personality and charm thrown into the mix.

In true diva style, Tonya adds her own saucy touch to evergreens: "Diamonds are forever", "My Baby Just Cares for me", "Pata Pata", "Special Star", "Simply the Best", "Nutbush City Limits", "Proud Mary", "All That Jazz, and "New York New York".

The show has had standing ovations and rave reviews across South Africa, including Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth and East London. The show has also been performed in Mauritius, Seychelles, and on the MSC Cruiseliners.
