A musical journey between two languages...
Pietman Geldenhuys is a musician, songwriter, comedian, actor, presenter (OppieStoep and
Landbouweekliks), storyteller, and even a Scottish persona (Peter Mitchell).
His songwriting talent has been recognised with a Ghoema Award for Songwriter of the Year, while another of
his albums was nominated for a SAMA Award for Contemporary Album of the Year.
In this unique 60-minute production, Pietman sets the stories aside for a while and allows the music to take
centre stage.
Featuring a collection of his own Afrikaans and English songs, he takes audiences on a personal, heartfelt, and
musical journey through his world of words, melodies, and memories.
