The Famous Masterclass | 3 PM – 7 PM | Observatory, Cape Town | R 1,250


This is not a demo. You laminate, fold, and shape your own croissants and pain au chocolat from scratch, guided by Chef Serena Obadia in her Cape Town kitchen. This is the class that teaches you the real technique, the way it is done in professional French pastry kitchens.

You will work through the full lamination process, learn hand shaping, understand the science of the layers, and bake and finish your own pieces from start to finish. This is not about watching. Every step is yours.
