Refund Policy

To secure your spot at the Lesotho Trail Camp 2027, a non-refundable deposit of R500 is required at the time of booking. This deposit forms part of the total camp fee.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Cancellation & Refunds

Before 31 August 2026 — Participants will receive a 90% refund of total fee paid

Before 30 September 2026 — Participants will receive a 60% refund of total fee paid

Before 29 October 2026 — Participants will receive a 30% refund of total fee paid

After 29 October 2026 - No refund.

Note: The R500 deposit is non-refundable in all cases.

Transfers

If you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to another participant at no additional cost, provided written notice is received no later than 14 days before the camp start date. The replacement participant must meet any stated fitness and experience requirements.

Additional Information

Force Majeure & Postponement

In the event that the camp is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organisers' reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, flooding, road or border closures, or government-imposed restrictions — the following applies:

The camp will be rescheduled to a new date within 12 months

All bookings and payments will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date

Participants unable to attend the rescheduled date may apply for a credit note valid for 24 months

If the camp cannot be rescheduled within 12 months, participants will be offered a full credit note or refund of amounts paid

The organisers will not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred independently by participants.
