Blue Elephant is a renowned fine-dining Thai restaurant chain known for its heritage Thai cuisine, founded by Master Chef Nooror Somany Steppe, with iconic locations in Bangkok, Phuket, Copenhagen and Malta. It offers a luxurious dining experience, featuring traditional“forgotten” recipes and contemporary Thai dishes in elegant, often historic, settings.

Event programme

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a selection of cocktails, mocktails and elegant canapés, carefully crafted to showcase authentic Thai flavours.

Next, attendees will proceed to the kitchen for an immersive cooking demonstration under the guidance of our expert food director, Abigail Donnelly, Master Chef Nooror, the founder of Blue Elephant, and her daughter Chef Sandra, the new generation of this family business. Abigail will demonstrate how to make chicken, strawberry and basil rice paper rolls with a peanut-soya dipping sauce that guests will make themselves, then Chef Sandra will guide guests on how to make the most delicious marinated beef satay. Master Chef Nooror will demonstrate making her iconic beef Massaman curry using Blue Elephant’s ingredients.

Long-table dinner

The culinary experience will culminate in a lavish long-table dinner, where guests will indulge in the freshly prepared creations. Blue Elephant’s ingredients will take centre stage, with each dish carefully designed to showcase its unique characteristics.
