Muizenberg EcoActive Beach Run | 2026

Join us on the beautiful shores of Muizenberg for the 8th instalment of the Muizenberg EcoActive Beach Run! Whether you're running or walking, this family-friendly event is all about raising funds for EcoActive’s Drowning Prevention Programme — helping us teach water safety to vulnerable youth and save lives in our communities.

All proceeds support our youth development programmes that prevent drownings in water and life by equipping young people with the skills, confidence, and resilience to overcome challenges and thrive.

Race/Walk Route Details:

The run begins at Surfers Corner on the beachside, heading towards Strandfontein along the shoreline and then looping back towards Muizenberg.

Strava: 5km route | 7km route

Participants are encouraged to bring along water bottles.

Prize giving will take place at 10am.
