Parent Ed Talk - CREATING A HEALTHY DIGITAL CULTURE AT HOME

We look forward to hosting an important parent evening on Thursday 4 June from 18:00–19:00 with Christy Herselman, founder of The Chat and author of #wellconnected: How to be Safe, Wise and Kind Online.

Christy is a well-known speaker, educator and digital culture specialist who equips families and schools to navigate the challenges of raising children in an increasingly connected world. During the evening, parents will gain valuable insight into their children’s digital reality, including the impact technology can have on bodies, brains, emotions and relationships.

Practical guidance will also be shared on setting healthy boundaries, choosing age-appropriate content, creating positive digital habits at home, and knowing what to do when things go wrong online.

This talk is suitable for Gr R to Gr 7 parents.
