ABOUT
Unmasking Self-Sabotage: A 3-Part Webinar Series
Procrastination, Perfectionism & People-Pleasing
Do you ever feel like no matter how hard you try, you’re stuck in a loop of starting, stalling, and self-blame?
Maybe you…
Stare at your to-do list until it becomes background noise
Rework simple tasks for hours trying to get them just right
Say “yes” when your whole body is screaming “no”
You’re human and likely navigating executive function challenges that affect how you start, finish, and relate.
Especially common in adults with ADHD, Autism, or chronic overwhelm, these challenges can show up as procrastination, perfectionism and people-pleasing.
What you’ll learn:
Over 3 weekly sessions, we’ll break down each of these self-sabotage patterns with insight and practical tools:
Session 1 – Procrastination
Why you freeze, avoid or wait for motivation that never comes
Learn how to break the shame spiral and start taking action, even when it feels hard.
Session 2 – Perfectionism
When “not good enough” keeps you from finishing anything at all
Discover how to reframe mistakes, embrace “good enough,” and find freedom in imperfection.
Session 3 – People-Pleasing
Why setting boundaries feels impossible but burning out feels worse
Learn how to say no without guilt, honour your needs and stop disappearing in relationships.
This is for anyone who:
- Feels stuck in cycles of overwhelm or avoidance
- Struggles to follow through on their goals
- Is exhausted by perfectionism or saying “yes” to everything
- Wants to finally work with their brain instead of against it
