As winter settles over Paarl, we invite you to join us for an evening celebrating the wines and regions that have inspired some of Fairview’s most distinctive bottlings.

Our Regional Revival Mediterranean Feast takes place on Friday, 19 June at the Goatshed Restaurant, bringing together a four-course dinner and a selection of wines from the Regional Revival range. Inspired by the great wine regions of Europe, these wines pay tribute to Old World classics while expressing them through a distinctly Cape lens.

From the Rhône-inspired Caldera and the Italian influence behind Homtini, to the Spanish character of Extraño and the Bordeaux-inspired white blend Altesse, each wine tells a story of place, tradition, and the belief that certain varieties are perfectly suited to our Mediterranean climate here in the Cape.

Chef SJ Nel and his team are crafting a seasonal four-course menu inspired by the flavours and culinary traditions of these regions, with each course thoughtfully paired to showcase the wines alongside the food.

Expect crackling fires, generous hospitality, and an evening of discovery centred around some of Fairview's most characterful wines.
