Voices Divine

Under the brilliant processing and musical direction of Carli de Villiers, the ladies of Voices Divine have been enchanting audiences since 2010 with a diverse repertoire. Each of them has formal vocal and musical training and brings something truly unique to the group — whether it is crystal-clear coloratura tones, satin-smooth runs, or smouldering, rich notes.

Their unique programmes range from the most beautiful opera arias to popular musicals, classical jazz, and pop ballads. There is always something for everyone, and almost always some kind of surprise element. Their main goal is to expose audiences to a holistic musical experience — one that takes you on a journey to cherished memories, exciting places, or inspires you to keep dreaming about new worlds and experiences.

Voices Divine will be joined on stage by the Lowveld Youth Ensemble, conducted by the award-winning Elet Kruger. This concert will also serve as a fund raising event for their upcoming tour to the Drakensberg. Elet Kruger also conducts the Laerskool Laeveld senior choir, and what better way to inspire young voices than to be part of a fantastic musical experience such as this!
