Winter Wellness Retreat
Sun Jun 28, 09:00 - Sun Jun 28, 13:00
Pecanberry Farm
ABOUT
As the quiet stillness of winter settles in, we are invited to turn inward and embrace the restorative power of introspection. This wellness retreat offers a nurturing space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with oneself amidst the slower rhythm of the season.
Often perceived as a time of scarcity and dormancy, winter holds a deeper invitation—one of renewal, introspection, and intentional growth. Through guided meditation, yin yoga, and moments of solitude, participants are encouraged to turn inwards and do a self ‘check-in’. By embracing stillness, we can begin to recognize the richness that exists within and around us, even in the most seemingly quiet seasons.
This retreat creates an opportunity to gently restore energy, cultivate inner clarity, and develop a more abundant consciousness that extends beyond winter into everyday life. It is a space to recharge, recuperate, and rediscover the fullness that comes from simply being.
Our day begins with botanical teas and fruit, followed by a mindful walk around the farm and short meditation on the mountain. After we’ll enjoy a yin yoga session and close the day with a farm-to-table lunch under the trees prepared with ingredients from our organic garden.
