AI in HR & The Future of Work

AI in HR & The Future of Work is a live, online, human-centred masterclass for HR professionals, people managers and people leaders who want to understand how artificial intelligence is changing work, people leadership and organisational decision-making.

This is not a coding session or a basic AI tools demonstration. It is a reflective and practical session designed to help leaders make sense of how AI is already entering the workplace, both through formal organisational systems and through the everyday tools employees may already be using in their personal work habits.

The masterclass explores what AI means for the way work is designed, how human judgement is applied, how managers prepare their teams for change, and how HR can respond as AI becomes more present across the employee experience.

It is especially relevant to people responsible for managing, supporting, developing or making decisions about people.

Participants will leave with a clearer, more grounded understanding of the people-related shifts created by AI, and a stronger perspective on how to lead, support and prepare teams in an AI-enabled world.
