The morning will feature a keynote address by Ms Sindi Mabaso-Koyana CA(SA), esteemed South African business leader, chartered accountant and co-founder of African Women Chartered Accountants (AWCA), a pioneering organisation that has transformed the accounting profession and created pathways for generations of Black women professionals in South Africa. Through AWCA, she has played a significant role in advancing women in finance, mentorship, leadership development and financial inclusion, while helping build one of the country’s most influential networks for African women professionals.

A respected leader in global finance and governance, Ms Mabaso-Koyana has served across both the public and private sectors, championing ethical leadership, financial inclusion and women’s empowerment. She currently serves as Managing Partner of AIH Capital and continues to shape the future of corporate governance through her leadership on several publicly listed entities and Audit & Risk Committees.

Her contributions to advancing women in finance and business have earned her international recognition, including an Honorary Doctorate from Middlesex University in the UK and recognition by SAICA as a Visionary Finance Leader.
