Get ready for a high energy morning filled with movement, music, sweat and some seriously good vibes!


The MOVE & GROOVE Edition combines strength, conditioning, dance cardio and community for the ultimate feel-good little fitness event.


We’ll kick things off with a signature MoniqueFit full body workout designed to challenge you, energise you and remind you just how capable you are. Then… we turn the energy ALL the way up with a fun dance cardio fitness session led by Fitness Icon!! Wooohoooo!!
