RAUFFFF (Raw African Unfiltered Fly Fishing Film Festival) - Cape Town

The Mission Fly Fishing Magazine's inaugural Raw African Unfiltered Fly Fishing Film Festival (RAUFFFF) kicks off in August this year.

The Cape Town screening will happen at the Labia Cinema in Gardens on Thursday the 13th of August.

As with The Mission's stories, the lineup primarily features films from or by African filmmakers focused on African destinations, species and characters, but as is our wont we will have a few global curve balls (cough... Rolf Nylinder) too.

What else? There will be prizes from our sponsors, from fly fishing clobber to destination prizes, so you can do your best seal impression and leap for a cap or an all-expenses paid trip somewhere.

There will be gourmet hot dogs for sale at the Labia before the show and at the interval. Or save yourself for a drink and some dinner at the after party at Tiger's Milk which is right around the corner from the cinema.
