Backstory:
Extreme drought has immobilised the country and has been struck with a lethal unknown virus and the country is basically dying. 
The refugees who did not manage to leave the country before the sanctions were put into place are now Being moved elsewhere in the country.
This has made South Africa a large scale quarantine zone.
Needless to say that the cities have become chaotic with looting and rioting everywhere and the rule of law has died. 
The army (many of whom have died to either rioters or the virus), is moving civilians away from the cities to small refugee camps in the farm lands. 
Anybody infected with the virus is left in the city and will not be evacuated.


The government is in need of more soldiers to aid in the evacuation and containment of the disease. 
Many members of the public have volunteered to help out as they have their own firearms and all have first aid experience. 
The players will represent these members of the public as volunteers
