ABOUT
Girls Make Noise is a women led event that hosts girlies in experimental sound performance to a night of sonic expression. Described as a haven for femme bodies to express themselves without limitation in the explorative music scene in Johannesburg. Created by Lynn Daphne Rudolph, award-winning violist and multi-disciplinary artist bringing performance art in a career rooted in classical performance and TANZ, a young sound artist based in Johannesburg, breaking boundaries and binaries with her coding, blending engineering and sound.
Doors open at 18:00 with vendors to warm up the evening. Expect thrifting, tarot reading and cannabis on sale to start your journey of Girls Noise Night.
From 20:00 the girlies will take to the stage, promising a night of divine feminine experimental noise.
There will be a “chill room” in the venue for those who would like to attend, but perhaps in a more calm environment to that of the noise stage.
Girls Noise Night is for people of all genders, races and orientations.
