Torpedo SwimRun is celebrating Heritage Day with an adventure for the whole family at the beautiful Plaisir Wine Estate in Franschhoek.

What to expect

Three Courses. One Incredible Setting.

Designed for every level of athlete, this is the perfect introduction for those new to SwimRun.

• Long Course: 14 km (13+ years)
• Short Course: 6 km (13+ years)
• Kids Sprint Course: 2.5 km (6+ years) Recommend having a parent/guardian join.

Each route winds along scenic trails and across tranquil dams, immersing you in the natural beauty of Plaisir Wine Estate.

• Running shoes & Whistle
• Wetsuit (optional)
• Goggles (optional)
• Hand paddles (optional)
• Pool buoy (optional)

Race with Purpose

R100 of your entry fee will go toward supporting the Banhoek Conservancy, an initiative dedicated to:

• Protecting indigenous biodiversity
• Creating employment through conservation work
• Removing invasive species to restore natural ecosystems
• Releasing vital water back into the tributaries of the Berg River

We recognise our shared responsibility to actively improve natural rivers and mountain catchment areas—helping secure water resources for future generations.
