ABOUT
From Trauma to Lasting Wellbeing: Self Empowerment for Transformation & Healing
What if your stress, anxiety, or “stuckness” aren’t signs that you need fixing, but a sign that your body has been intelligently managing and protecting you?
On May 16th or June 6th, join Dr. Raoul Goldberg and Dana Smirin for an interactive, body-based workshop exploring how past experiences live in the nervous system and how you can begin to shift and transform these through awareness, movement, connection with the PATH Method.
You won’t get a lecture about healing-you’ll experience it.
Through simple somatic practices, guided reflection, and optional partner exercises, you’ll explore how your patterns formed, how they have protected you, and how to access more safety, resilience, possibility and inner strength in your being
You’ll leave with a grounded, practical tool you can use immediately. No overwhelm and no prior experience is needed.
This workshop is also a live preview of the work Path to Health will be taking to Transform Trauma Oxford 2026, one of Europe’s leading trauma, mental health, and wellbeing conferences, where the PATH Method will be shared alongside internationally recognised voices including Gabor Maté, Tara Swart, Bessel van der Kolk, Richard Schwartz, and other leaders in trauma healing.
Facilitated by:
