In this course we will cover topics such as the current banking system and it's shortcomings, how Bitcoin came to be, what problem it solves, the growth of Bitcoin, how to acquire, use and safely store your first Bitcoin, what mining is, and what other cryptocurrencies have come into existence since the advent of Bitcoin. We will also look at regulations and industry developments since the beginning of Bitcoin in 2009.
