This limited edition tripel is the first in our series of ocean-aged beers. Sitting on the Atlantic sea bed off Cape Point for over a year, this unique ageing process aids in the secondary fermentation by providing continuous ocean motion, darkness and cold temperatures. This is a classic Belgian-style Tripel with hints of banana and citrus tasting notes and an ABV of 10%. You can enjoy your bottle right away or age it for many more years to come.
If you choose to collect your beer from the brewery on a Friday evening after Dec 4th 2017 - you will receive one free pint of our regular range at the Drifter bar.
