The Jobs Summit was initiated by the Ubuntu Initiative in December 2016 and this inaugural event is being held in recognition of the 20 Industries who sent teams to strategise and engage on how to create 100 000 new jobs and as importantly, to share the vision going forward.This event will bring together participants from these 20 industry workshops as well as from government who have encouraged, collaborated and engaged on the challenges faced in creating new jobs within the South African economy.
