This team-based fitness competition is designed to challenge strength, speed, endurance, and teamwork across a full weekend of high-energy events.

Events will be broken down into heats for each division, starting from 17:00 on 10th July and from 08:30 - 12:30 on 11th July.

• Female RX
• Mixed & Scaled

Expect heavy lifts, fast-paced workouts, and longer endurance tests — all programmed to reward strategy, grit, and teamwork.
