St David's Marist Inanda Gwijo Festival 2026

On 29 May, we bring together some of Johannesburg’s most spirited voices for an evening of rhythm, culture, and connection. Gwijo choirs from Jeppe High School for Boys, King Edward VII School, Roedean School, Parktown High School for Girls, St Andrew's School for Girls, and Sacred Heart College will take to the stage, each bringing their unique energy and voice.

Gwijo is more than song—it’s unity in every voice. This event celebrates the power of music to connect, uplift, and bring communities together in a shared expression of pride and tradition.
