This is not a demonstration. This is not a watch-and-learn. You will stand at your own dedicated station and build every single element with your own hands — from scratch, start to finish.

You will create three extraordinary sculpted entremets:

The Vanilla Pod

The Pistachio

The Mango

Each fruit is a complete, fully composed dessert — every layer made by you:

? Biscuit base

? Flavoured insert

? Light, airy mousse

? Sculpted crunchy glaze that makes it look startlingly real

And at the end? You pack up all three and take them home. Every single one.

This class is happening in Johannesburg in collaboration with Baked Academy — a professional, halal-certified kitchen — making it accessible to everyone.
