Pairing One
Rosemary Brite – radiant and herbaceous, where hibiscus, rosemary, and mandarin unite in glowing harmony. Bright, elegant, and warmly inviting.
Paired with: Roasted beetroot Topped with Deep Fried Goats Cheese on a Bed of Wild Rocket drizzled with Truffle Balsamic Glaze
Pairing Two
Celtic Fae Fern – woodland fresh and enchantingly green, woven from strawberry leaves, tarragon leaves, stevia leaves, and allspice. Light, lively, and kissed by forest dew.
Paired with: Seared Beef marinated in a Rosemary Course salt, topped with Horseradish Cream on top of Yorkshire Pudding
Pairing Three
Queer Cauldron – bold, playful, and mysteriously alluring. Apple, blue butterfly pea, and guava leaves create a shifting potion of colour and character.
Paired with: Prawn and Chicken Thai Curry served with Jasmine Rice
