Estherea embraces the gift of life and this mother's day we want to celebrate the women who birth new little humans into the world. Join us for an informative morning where we discuss some common challenges and celebrate the joys of motherhood over a cup of tea. Welmarie van Niekerk, a biokineticist, will talk about body and pelvic floor rehabilitation after pregnancy and childbirth. Dr Mareli Nieuwoudt, pediatrician, will lead us through the challenges of modern motherhood. Danelle Haumann and Barbara le Grange, Estherea's baby clinic midwives, will talk about mental health and wellness in the first year of morherhood.

Whether you are expecting your first or mother of multiples, a grandmother or just a friend or partner of a mother, this morning has something to offer you.
