TICKETS
Entry is strictly ticket-controlled. No ticket, no access.
Tickets are released in limited phases to control capacity and pricing.

CAPACITY CONTROL
Event capacity is limited to ensure safety, smooth entry, and quality experience management.
Arrive early to avoid queues and delays at the gate.
REFUND POLICY
1. Ticket Purchase
- All tickets are final sale, except as expressly stated below.
- Tickets are valid for one person only and are non-transferable without prior written approval.
2. Refunds for Event Cancellation
- In the event the Event is officially cancelled by the Organizer:
- All valid tickets will automatically receive a full refund of the ticket face value.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used to purchase the ticket, unless otherwise directed by the Organizer.
- Processing time will be communicated via email or SMS; attendees must allow up to 30 days for completion.
- Booking fees and administrative fees charged by third-party ticketing platforms (e.g., Quicket ) may not be refundable, depending on platform policy.
3. Refunds for Event Postponement
- In the event the Event is officially postponed:
- All valid tickets will automatically roll over to the new Event date.
- Attendees who do not wish to attend the rescheduled date must submit a written refund request to the Organizer within the official refund window (announced publicly via website, social media, or email).
- Refunds will follow the same processing method and timeline as stated in Section 2.
4. Refunds Not Available
No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
- Adverse weather conditions;
- Lineup changes, artist cancellations, or substitutions;
- Attendee illness, transport failures, or scheduling conflicts;
- Partial attendance or early departure;
- Removal from the Event for breach of rules, zero-tolerance policy, or misconduct;
- Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets or wristbands;
- Any other circumstance not explicitly covered in Sections 2 or 3.
5. Refund Requests
- All refund requests must include:
- Name of ticket holder
- Ticket number or proof of purchase
- Contact information for processing
- Requests submitted outside the official refund window may be denied.
6. Third-Party Ticketing Platforms
- Refunds processed via third-party platforms (e.g., quicket) are subject to the platform’s terms and administrative fees.
- The Organizer will coordinate with ticketing partners to ensure alignment with platform policies while enforcing these T&Cs.
7. Force Majeure
- Refunds for cancellations or postponements due to Force Majeure events (natural disaster, government restrictions, extreme weather, etc.) will follow Sections 2 and 3.
- No additional compensation or reimbursement (travel, accommodation, or other expenses) will be provided.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introduction & Definitions
1.1 Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern all attendance, participation, and engagement in Fall Fest 2026 (“the Event”), organized and produced by Tee X Vee Productions, a division of Tee X Vee Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a private company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of South Africa (“the Organizer”).
By purchasing a ticket, entering the event venue, registering as a vendor, or engaging as a sponsor, all participants (“Attendees”, “Vendors”, “Sponsors”, “Participants”) agree to be bound by these T&Cs. Failure to comply with these terms may result in refusal of entry, removal from the event, or other applicable actions at the discretion of the Organizer.
The Event will be held in Mafikeng, North West Province, on the officially announced date and venue as publicized through the Organizer’s verified communication channels.
1.2 Definitions
- “Organizer”: Tee X Vee Holdings (Pty) Ltd, trading as Tee X Vee Productions.
- “Event”: Fall Fest 2026, including pre-events, afterparties, and affiliated activities.
- “Attendee”: Any person purchasing a ticket or granted access to the Event.
- “Vendor”: Any individual or entity selling/exhibiting goods or services at the Event.
- “Sponsor”: Any company or individual providing financial or in-kind support in exchange for promotional value.
- “Venue”: Designated premises in Mafikeng hosting the Event.
- “Force Majeure”: Events beyond reasonable control of the Organizer (natural disasters, strikes, extreme weather, pandemics).
- “Terms” or “Agreement”: This entire T&Cs document, as amended from time to time.
2. Ticketing & Entry
2.1 Ticket Purchase and Validity
Tickets are sold exclusively through the Organizer’s approved platforms. Each ticket is valid for one person only. Duplicate or fraudulent tickets are invalid. Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval.
2.2 Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except for official event cancellation or postponement.
2.3 Entry Policy
Entry requires a valid ticket and ID. Security inspections apply. The Organizer may refuse or remove any individual at its discretion.
2.4 Wristbands and Access Control
Wristbands are required for entry and re-entry. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced.
2.5 Age Policy
Fall Fest 2026 is all-ages. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Certain areas (e.g., bars, VIP lounges) may be restricted to 18+.
3. Event Rules & Conduct
3.1 General Conduct
Zero-tolerance policy for violence, harassment, theft, discrimination, or unsafe/disruptive behavior. Violators will be removed without refund.
3.2 Alcohol and Substance Policy
Alcohol sold in designated areas; personal consumption allowed with inspection. Illegal substances strictly prohibited.
3.3 Food and Beverages
Personal food and soft drinks allowed. Organizer not responsible for allergies or reactions. Vendors provide additional food services.
3.4 Prohibited Items
No weapons, fireworks, explosives, glass containers, illegal substances, drones (unless authorized), or other unsafe items.
3.5 Safety and Security
Attendees must follow safety instructions. Organizer may delay, suspend, or cancel activities for safety reasons.
3.6 Liability for Personal Conduct
Attendees are responsible for their own behavior and property. Organizer not liable for injuries, theft, or damages caused by attendee actions.
4. Liability & Safety
4.1 Attendance at Own Risk
Attendance is at the attendee’s own risk. Organizer is not liable for injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage.
4.2 Medical Support and Emergencies
On-site first aid available. Organizer not liable for medical costs, complications, or outcomes.
4.3 Safety and Compliance
Attendees must follow safety regulations. Non-compliance may result in removal without refund.
4.4 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Property
Organizer not responsible for personal items.
4.5 Liability Limitations
Organizer not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; event interruptions; or personal injury/property loss not caused by gross negligence.
4.6 Force Majeure
Organizer not liable for events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or extreme weather.
5. Vendors & Sponsors
5.1 Vendor Registration and Approval
Vendors apply via official registration. Fee: R600 per stall; 50% non-refundable upon approval. Balance due 7 days before the event.
5.2 Vendor Operations and Responsibilities
Vendors responsible for equipment, cleanliness, trading hours, compliance, and safety. No subletting without consent.
5.3 Cancellations and Refunds
50% booking fee is non-refundable. Full fee forfeited if cancellation <14 days before event.
5.4 Branding and Promotional Rights (Sponsors)
Authorized sponsors may display materials in designated areas. Unauthorized use of event branding is prohibited.
5.5 Indemnity
Vendors and sponsors indemnify the Organizer against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation.
6. Media & Privacy
6.1 Event Photography, Filming, and Recordings
Organizer and approved partners may capture and use images, video, and audio for commercial purposes. Attendance constitutes consent.
6.2 Personal Recordings by Attendees
Attendees may capture media for non-commercial purposes. Commercial recording requires written approval.
6.3 Media Partners and Press Access
Official media coverage rights remain Organizer property.
6.4 Data Collection and Privacy (POPIA Compliance)
Organizer may collect personal data for event purposes only and will not share with unauthorized parties.
6.5 Social Media and Brand Usage
Attendees may post content responsibly. Organizer may request removal of damaging content.
7. Event Cancellation or Postponement
7.1 Cancellation by the Organizer
Automatic full refund issued if Event is cancelled.
7.2 Postponement by the Organizer
Tickets automatically roll over to new date. Written refund requests accepted within official window.
7.3 Line-Up/Program Changes
Organizer may change lineup, schedule, or venue without liability.
7.4 Force Majeure
No liability for delays or cancellations caused by uncontrollable events.
7.5 Refund Process
Refunds processed via original payment method. Processing time communicated to ticket holders.
7.6 Compliance With Ticketing Platform
Refunds and rollovers align with Computicket procedures and administrative fees.
8. Organizer Discretion and Event Authority
Organizer reserves sole and absolute discretion to make decisions regarding:
- Access to restricted areas (VIP, backstage, staff zones)
- Merchandise sales, distribution, and branding
- Media usage, photography, and recordings
- Conduct or behavior not explicitly covered in T&Cs
All Organizer decisions made in good faith are final and binding.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, attending the Event, or registering as a vendor/sponsor, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. Non-compliance may result in denied entry, removal, or legal action.
