Tai Chi — Learning the 10 form
A meditative movement practice rooted in breath, balance and quiet strength.
Centered on the 10 From, we learn from a foundational sequence by breaking it into smaller movements, refining and weaving them together week by week.
By month's end, students move through the full form with continuity and understanding.
Because the practice builds progressively, drop-ins are not possible.
New students are encouraged to begin at the start of each monthly cycle, joining from the first movement as rebuild the form together.
