Southside Grappling Studio is stoked to host Dylan Carreira-Miguel for a Front Headlock Seminar!

Dylan is one of Africa’s top grapplers. Dylan is a fierce competitor on the South African circuit. Dylan has also competed overseas multiple times and won a gold medal at the IBJJF Rome open last year. He is currently prepping to fight for the Submissionkings Welterweight gi championship. Dylan is coming to Cape Town and showing his favorite ways to attack the neck, followed by some rounds.
