Important Ticketing Terms:

• All ticket prices listed exclude any additional booking, service, or processing fees charged by the ticket service provider.
• Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be resold for commercial gain without written approval from the organisers. Lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets may be invalidated.
• Any third-party refund protection you choose to purchase is provided solely by the third-party service provider and not by the idle Auto Expo organisers or any of their subsidiary companies. Any claims relating to such protection must be directed to that provider.
• Official tickets are sold only through Quicket. Tickets purchased through unauthorised sellers or third parties are at the buyer’s own risk and may be refused entry.
• Tickets purchased at the door are subject to a surcharge. Advance online booking is strongly recommended.
• Event content, programming, guests, vehicles, and scheduled appearances are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.
• Entry is subject to compliance with all venue rules, safety regulations, and event security procedures, including bag and vehicle checks where applicable.
• By entering the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded for promotional, commercial, and media purposes without compensation.
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person acting in a disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful manner, or in breach of event or venue rules.
• Certain activities, competitions, and experiences may have age, height, or safety restrictions. Participation is at the attendee’s own risk.

Age Restriction (Bar Area):

• Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted in the bar area.

TOP TIER TICKET - PHOTO OP/ AUTOGRAPH

This ticket gives you General Access to the event and an exclusive opportunity to meet Akira Nakai and get a photo opportunity or a signing on your RWB item (please see terms below).

NB: Signing and photo opportunities with Nakai-san will only take place after he has completed his work for the day, at the end of each day’s build session.

1. Admission & Eligibility

• This ticket admits one (1) person only.
• Minimum age for entry is 6 years.
• Children aged 6–11 years must be accompanied by one parent or guardian in the queue at all times.

2. Signing & Photo Experience

• Each ticket holder is entitled to one (1) photograph or one (1) autograph only.
• Only the ticket holder may appear in the photograph. No additional persons may be included.
• No physical contact with the guest is permitted, including but not limited to handshakes, hugs, or any form of physical interaction.

3. Signing Item Requirements

• Attendees may bring one (1) item only to be signed.
• The item must be RWB (RAUH-Welt Begriff) related.
• The item must be small enough to be safely and practically handled within the allocated session time and space constraints.
• Organisers reserve the right to refuse any item deemed too large, unsafe, unrelated, or impractical for signing.

4. Available Merchandise Option

• If an attendee does not have a suitable RWB-related item, limited-edition RWB merchandise will be available for purchase at the official RWB retail area during the event, including exclusive event T-shirts and other selected items.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items (including but not limited to) are strictly prohibited for signing:

• Non-RWB or unrelated merchandise, memorabilia, or items
• Vehicle body panels, doors, bonnets, bumpers, or other large automotive components
• Wheels, tyres, or full vehicle parts
• Items requiring tools, installation, or disassembly
• Hazardous, sharp, flammable, or unsafe materials
• Any item deemed inappropriate, offensive, or unsuitable at the discretion of the organisers

6. Time & Queue Management

• To ensure smooth operations, the meet-and-greet interaction is strictly limited.
• Attendees must follow queue instructions at all times and may not delay or hold up the line.
• Organisers reserve the right to move the queue forward to ensure all ticket holders are accommodated within the scheduled session.
• Strict time limits apply per attendee to ensure equal access for all participants.

7. General Conditions

• All items must be presented in a safe and accessible condition.
• The organisers and guest reserve the right to decline signing any item at their sole discretion.
• Participation is subject to event scheduling, safety requirements, and operational conditions, which may change without prior notice.
