• Please arrive on time. Class starts strictly at 11AM

• There is a 10-minute grace period. After that, we begin.

• If you are late, you will need to catch up on your own.

• If you arrive more than 35 minutes late, you forfeit your ticket.

• We work on a set schedule as this is a guided experience from 6PM–8PM.

• Cancellations 72 hours before the event: no refund, but you will receive credit for the next event.

• Cancellations 48 hours or less before the event: no refund and no credit.
