Experience an unforgettable floral journey this October 2026 as internationally acclaimed multi award winning Master Florist Attila Nemeth from Budapest, Hungary, visits South Africa for the first time. Hosted by Yes! exclusive flowers, this three-part event celebrates creativity, craftsmanship, and connection through flowers at the start of peony season. Please note that you will have to book individually for the separate three events you want to attend.

Part One: Peony Farm Visit & Lunch – 25 October 2026, 11am–3pm

Meet and greet with Attila Nemeth, enjoy a peony farm visit, learn more about the process of growing peonies in South Africa and have a traditional South African Braai experience "spit braai" (open fire BBQ) in the peony fields including limited local wine, soft drinks, coffee, tea and a glass of bubbly at arrival. End the afternoon with likeminded peony lovers by taking a bunch of peonies* home. (*5 stems/person; colors as per availability)

Dress Code: Outdoor event ready, farm chic; boots will get dirty

Part Two: Industry & Public Demonstration – 26 October 2026, 1pm–4pm

Watch Attila Nemeth, multiple international floral championship winner, create stunning bouquets and arrangements while sharing his unique European floral style.

Part Three: Two-Day Intensive Workshop – 27–28 October 2026

A hands-on learning experience with Attila Nemeth using South African farm flowers. Perfect for all skill levels, this immersive workshop ends with a gala dinner showcasing participants’ creations.

Attila has been immersed in the art of floral design for nearly 30 years, consistently practicing at an exceptional level in his own flower shop in Budapest, which serves as a true reflection of his distinctive and original style.

He specializes in high-profile and large-scale events, hotel installations, and exclusive commissions.

Leading a dedicated team of five, Attila is committed to driving innovation and setting new trends in floral artistry both nationally and throughout Central Europe.

He has actively pursued ongoing professional development and has played a significant role in training and mentoring emerging florists, many of whom have since become accomplished professionals and master florists.

Creativity and continuous renewal are at the core of his philosophy, and the passion for innovation and artistic freedom that first emerged during his student competition years continues to inspire his daily work.
