A powerful and meaningful practice of moving through 108 Sun Salutations together. This offering requires preparation, and participants will receive guided preparation videos 18 days in advance to safely and mindfully build toward the experience.

10:10 – 10:55 | Gentle Yoga Class
A soft, grounding practice open to all levels. Together we’ll connect breath to body, body to mind, and gently welcome ourselves into the day. Perfect for beginners or anyone seeking a nourishing flow.
