Le Choeur du Petit Conservatoire de l’Est (France)

The University of Johannesburg Choir presents its International Concert Series - a choral experience that brings together ensembles from France, Switzerland and the United States. Set across multiple venues, the series unfolds as a sequence of distinct performances, each shaped by its own space, sound and cultural exchange.

Across four concerts, UJ Choir hosts Le Choeur du Petit Conservatoire de l’Est (France), a youth ensemble grounded in a refined European choral lineage; Hendricks Chapel Choir (USA), recognised for its rich liturgical depth and enduring choral excellence; Knabenkantorei Basel (Switzerland), a boys’ choir defined by precision and discipline; and Morgan State University Choir (USA), internationally acclaimed for powerful interpretations of spirituals and a globally resonant repertoire.
