Nike Shake Out Run

By participating in this Nike Retail B.V and NIKE Inc (collectively further referred to as NIKE) activation (“Activation”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in the Activation may involve physical activity and other inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage. I voluntarily choose to participate and fully accept all risks, whether known or unknown.

I confirm that I am in good health and physically able to participate safely. I do not have any medical condition that would prevent my safe participation, or I have taken full responsibility for managing such condition.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release and discharge Nike Retail B.V, NIKE Inc. and all affiliated companies, partners, employees, contractors, and representatives (collectively, “NIKE”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the Activation, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

I agree to follow all instructions provided by NIKE staff and to participate in a safe, respectful, and responsible manner. NIKE reserves the right to refuse or terminate my participation at any time if I do not comply with instructions or behave in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.

I acknowledge that NIKE may photograph, film, or record me during the Activation. I grant NIKE a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use my image, likeness, voice, and any recordings for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes in any media, without compensation or further approval.

I consent to receiving medical assistance in the event of an emergency and accept full responsibility for any associated medical costs.

I understand that NIKE may collect and process my personal information and likeness for purposes related to the Activation or Marketing, and that such information may be shared with third parties or transferred internationally in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
