Whether you’re a Padel emerging pro or a complete beginner, this event is built for the running community. We’ve curated a premium experience to support your "Road to Comrades" while introducing you to the fastest-growing social sport in SA.

• Expert Race Prep: Get exclusive insights from Coach Benzi (Comrades Silver Medalist and coach to over 11 000 athletes across different platforms) as he shares final race-day preparations and strategy.

• Performance Support: Access free physiotherapy screenings on-site to check those niggles and ensure your mobility is peak for race day.

• Learn to Play: Never picked up a racket? No problem. Professional Padel Coaches will be on hand to teach you the ropes before you head into social games with friends and fellow runners.

Terms and Conditions

1. Event Participation & Arrival

• Punctuality: Please ensure a timely arrival. Expert talks and briefings begin promptly at 09:00.
• Late Arrival: If a participant is more than 60 minutes late, their ticket and slot will be forfeited to ensure the schedule of play is not disrupted.
• Venue Rules: All participants must adhere to the specific safety and conduct rules of Virgin Active Padel Club. Non-marking indoor sports shoes are mandatory for court access.

2. Ticketing, Refunds & Transfers

• No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. No credits or refunds will be issued if you are unable to attend the event.
• Transfers: Tickets are transferable to another person provided that the organisers are notified in writing at least 72 hours prior to the event start time. (Accepted communication channels: Email and WhatsApp | Details on poster footer).
• Rescheduling: In the event of adverse weather, the tournament will be moved to a designated "rained out" date. Your entry will automatically transfer to the new date. No refunds or credits will be issued if you cannot attend the rescheduled date.

3. Health & Liability Waiver

• Assumption of Risk: Participation in Padel activities involves inherent physical risks. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk.
• Indemnity: The organisers (Forest Padel), the venue (Virgin Active Padel Club), sponsors, and guest coaches shall not be held liable for any injuries, medical emergencies, fatalities, or loss/damage to personal property occurring during the event.
• Medical Fitness: You confirm that you are medically fit to participate in high-energy sporting activities. If you have any pre-existing conditions, please consult a medical professional before attending.

4. Media & Photography Release

• Consent: By attending this event, you grant the organisers and partners the right to use any photographs, video footage, or audio recordings taken of you for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.

5. Right of Admission

• The organisers reserve the right to remove any participant from the premises whose conduct is deemed unsporting, dangerous, or disruptive to other guests.
