It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas! You'll be guided step-by-step to decorate and assemble your very own Gingerbread House. No experience needed but will be an advantage.
You will gain the following skills;
- Theory on Cookie baking basics
- Royal icing know-how
- 3D Cookie assembly
- Techniques: Piping; Flooding; Basic Brush Embroidery
- Preserving and packaging of cookies
- Troubleshooting
All supplies are provided along with Sugar Cookie Recipe.
NOTE: No cookie cutter will be included in this class.

Once you have attended a Cookie Decorating Class, you automatically become a part of a Private Facebook Group, exclusively for Sensational Cookiers. The purpose of the group will be to share, help and learn from each other.
