Tai Chi — Learning the 10 Form

A meditative movement practice rooted in breath, balance and quiet strength.

Centred on the 10 Form, we learn a foundational sequence by breaking it into smaller movements, refining and weaving them together week by week. By month’s end, students move through the full form with continuity and understanding.

Because the practice builds progressively, drop-ins are not possible.

New students are encouraged to begin at the start of each monthly cycle, joining from the first movement as we build the form together.

TUESDAY — 14 APRIL

TRACK BY TRACK FT. BENJAMIN JEPHTA

a sonic-led dialogue

18:00 – 21:00

The format is intimate and deeply listening-centred, where the album unfolds in sequence and you gently guide the room through its journey — part conversation, part reflection, part shared experience. It is less a performance and more a moment of unfolding, where sound becomes a space for connection, understanding, and collective presence.

COCKTAILS & PLAYLISTS FT. IQHAWE MEDIA & MARGZ WITH RAMZ

15:30 - 22:00

Cocktails & Playlists is built around two things: a margarita-led cocktail moment and a playlist that is co-authored.

In the days leading up, the Spotify jukebox opens. A base soundscape is set, and guests are invited to add, complement and build onto it — shaping the mood before we even gather.

The jukebox is opened by iQhawe Media — setting the tone and inviting the room into the process.

Partnered with Margz With Ramz, the day’s cocktail offering will be margarita-led — inspired by their signature mix.
