About Louise Carver:
Two-time Billboard #1 artist Louise Carver is one of South Africa’s most loved singer-songwriters, known for her emotive lyrics, powerful vocals and captivating live performances.
Signed at just 15, she broke onto the scene with her debut single It Don’t Matter, followed by the acclaimed album Mirrors & Windows. Her international breakthrough came with Play the Game (with UK producer Kenny Hawkes), which reached #1 in Europe, and I’d Say Yes, which topped charts across Europe, Russia and South Africa.
Her albums Silent Scream, Saved By The Moonlight and 'Look To The Edge' produced multiple hits and earned several SAMA nominations, with tracks like Empty Fantasy, Impossible Love, Home and Warrior becoming fan favourites. Her Home Tour Live further cemented her reputation as a standout live performer.
Over the years, Carver has achieved four SAMA nominations in a single year, co-hosted Top Billing, and been named Glamour Magazine SA’s “Most Glamorous Woman.” She also scored two Billboard #1 dance hits with US DJ Joe Bermudez — Sunrise and Crazy Enough.
Her seventh studio album Dark Secrets marked a major milestone, winning the SAMA for Best Adult Contemporary Album after 11 previous nominations.
Continuing to evolve, Louise released Crush On You in 2025, a modern nod to synth-pop, and in 2026 returns with her new single My Love — an emotionally rich, contemporary pop anthem exploring love, connection and vulnerability.
