We do not allow refunds on ticket's purchased on this platform as we purchase ingredients and prepare baked items for classes well ahead of the class, tickets can be transferred. If for some reason you are unable to attend please contact the organiser so we can arrange a refund (in full if cancelled before 21 November or in part if cancelled after).
