Join Sewcial Studios and Barley's Bloset for a hands-on scrap weaving workshop celebrating creativity, sustainability, and slow fashion during Fashion Revolution Week 2026

In this relaxed and creative session, you will learn the basics of weaving using yarn and textile offcuts sourced from Barley’s Bloset. Working with a mini loom, you’ll transform discarded fabrics into a unique woven artwork while exploring how textile waste can become a material for storytelling and creative expression.

Whether you’re completely new to weaving or already enjoy craft, this workshop is designed as a meditative, tactile experience — a chance to slow down, work with your hands, and create something meaningful from materials that might otherwise end up in landfill.

Each participant will receive a mini loom weaving kit to continue experimenting with at home, along with yarn and curated fabric offcuts from Barley’s Bloset.

All materials and tools are provided, along with light refreshments.
