Join us for a fun-filled and invigorating 1-hour yoga session, which will be followed by a healthy and great tasting breakfast (yogurt, muesli, fruits and croissant sandwiches). 
The yoga session is suitable for beginners and intermediate individuals. 
Bring your own yoga mat or towel.

Invite your friends and family, so we can bend and nourish our bodies!
