Join us for a calming candlelit evening of movement, breath, and stillness as we gather beneath the energy of the Full Moon — a rare Blue Moon.
This gentle practice weaves together Qigong, breathwork, and Yin Yoga, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation while consciously directing the flow of energy through the body. The experience begins with soft Qigong movement, followed by guided breathwork accompanied by the grounding aroma of frankincense, before settling into nourishing Yin postures that invite the body to soften and release.
Throughout the evening, subtle aromatherapy rituals will accompany each stage of the practice, including a delicate rose water mist offered during rest, creating a sensory environment that supports calm, presence, and inner balance.
