Voice Activation: From FOPO to IGAM Morning
Ever notice how much energy goes into worrying what other people think?
FOPO — Fear Of Other People’s Opinions — can shrink your voice, your presence, and your confidence.
This workshop is your invitation to Step out of your head and into the room — where your voice, body, and confidence connect.
Not by thinking harder.
By getting into your body.
This is a morning to move, laugh, connect, and remember that your voice works best when you feel alive, grounded, and fully yourself.
What this workshop is really about
In everyday life, you communicate constantly — in meetings, conversations, decisions, and relationships. Confidence doesn’t come from perfect wording or polished delivery. It comes from presence.
Through energising, embodied sessions, you’ll explore how movement, breath, play, and connection unlock a more natural, confident way of communicating.
Expect a mix of:
- Movement and light energising exercises -
- Playful networking
- Improvisation and spontaneous expression
- Guided voice and body awareness
You’ll practise the power of saying yes — yes to movement, yes to connection, yes to yourself. From there, clarity and confidence follow.
What you may experience
- Less overthinking, more spontaneity
- A drop in self-consciousness
- Confidence that comes from feeling grounded, not “performing”
- A shift from What do they think of me?
Everything you explore here is transferable — into work, leadership, relationships, and everyday life.
Who this is for?
This workshop is for anyone who want to communicate more freely and confidently, and who are curious about learning through experience rather than theory. You don’t need to be a dancer, an extrovert, or “good at improv.” You just need a willingness to show up and say yes.
A morning to move, connect, and reset
Alongside the fun and energy, this morning also offers space to reflect. To notice what changes when you stop managing yourself and start trusting your body. To leave feeling more at home in yourself — and more confident using your voice.
Your body isn’t something to fight or fix.
It’s a gift — and when honoured, your voice follows.
