Beemer Festival is a grand celebration of the brand’s automotive excellence, bringing together BMW enthusiasts, owners, and fans for a thrilling experience. This event features family friendly entertainment at the beautiful Fourways Mall.

This year, we’re switching things up... But our HEADLINE SPONSOR- TURTLE WAX stays the same!

Beemer Festival 2026: Underground Edition is curated to deliver a more refined, immersive, and high-impact experience — for both spectators and vehicle owners.

We’ve reworked how the event flows, how vehicles are showcased, and how the space is experienced.

HOW IT WORKS

This year’s format is designed to maximize visibility, safety, and overall experience:

• Staggered vehicle access for a cleaner, more premium display
• Dedicated show hours with controlled movement
• Strict no-start policy during peak event times
• Pre-event media rollout featuring selected vehicles who have purchased the Priority + Bay ticket.
• Overnight security for select categories
• Valid ticket must be held by every spectator/passenger - no ticket required for children under 10

Every detail has been considered to ensure a seamless and elevated event environment.

TICKET TYPES

Spectator/Passenger Ticket

• Access to all public areas, displays, and entertainment
• Viewing access only
• No parking bay included

Show Day + Bay

• Includes driver entry and access to a general, unreserved display bay
• Gates open at 08:00
• All vehicles must be in position before 10:00
• Show runs from 10:00 – 14:00 (announcements & formal proceedings)
• Entertainment continues until 17:00
• Strict no-start policy during show hours.

Exit:

• Vehicles may only be removed on Sunday after 14:00

Priority + Bay (Limited to 80 Vehicles)

• Includes driver entry and a pre-allocated prime-position bay
• Only 80 bays available in premium display areas
• STRICTLY DRIVER ONLY - Drop off

Vehicle Access:

• Saturday, 6 June: 12:00 – 15:00 arrival
• Vehicles remain onsite overnight under full security
• Included in all pre-event media coverage

Show Day:

• Gates open to the public at 08:00
• Formal show: 10:00 – 14:00
• Entertainment continues until 17:00
• Strict no-start policy during show hours

Exit:

• Vehicles may only be removed on Sunday after 14:00
