FREDDY & KADE BRYDEN LIVE

FREDDY L & Kade Bryden LIVE

Good Omens, Johannesburg

FREDDY L and Kade Bryden come together for a night of alternative and indie rock at Good Omens Bar, Johannesburg.

Kade Bryden is a 27-year-old Australian-born alt-rock/singer-songwriter based in Johannesburg. His guitar-driven, lyrically rich songs explore themes of loss, distance, love and everything in between. Performing as a five-piece band, Kade brings these songs to life through atmospheric sounds and a dynamic live set. His growing live presence has included festival appearances and support slots for artists including Spoegwolf and Shortstraw.

FREDDY L are a South African alternative three-piece based between Durban and Cape Town. The band balance alternative indie influences with distinctly South African singer-songwriter sensibilities. Originally a solo project by lead singer Ntutuko (Freddy) Lalendle, the group expanded in 2023 with Reece Berkeley on drums and production, and Niclaus Duvenhage on bass and production.

Following the release of their debut single Hold On, FREDDY L have continued to build their catalogue and live presence, bringing their music to stages across South Africa.
